Before we jump directly into pricing, please let me briefly outline a few things that will help you better understand your investment if you wish to move forward and work with us.

In the following document, you will find my proposed plan for creating a highly unique Web Design & Development for your Brand. We’ve included a lot of detail in this proposal, because we want to make it abundantly clear that We are one of the best Web Designers in business today. To make things simple for you, this proposal doubles as an executable contract.

DESIGN &
DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

To give you an idea of what to expect from a web design project, below is an overview of the process. Since every project is unique, the approach may differ, but will always include the following components:

INITIAL PLANNING & WIRE-FRAMING

The first order of business is to sit down with you and create a detailed set of design and technical specifications. These specifications serve as a roadmap for the rest of the web design process. Wireframes are your first chance to visualise your website. While they’re not nearly as detailed as the final site will be, they give us a visual representation of the site’s overall layout.

PROTOTYPE COPY

Once all site mockups are completed and approved, we’ll proceed with site mockups. These add colour and a bit more detail to the initial wireframes, giving us a stronger visual representation of the final product. Once we’ve agreed on a final design based on the mockups, our team will proceed with development, kicking off two phases in unison. The first involves creating your site’s copy and graphics. Our team will get to work performing SEO and competitive research and come up with the copy & other key elements that will flesh out your final site.

CONTENT DEVELOPMENT & TESTING

At the same time, we’ll kick off the technical side of the web design process. This will include deploying your CMS, creating your custom theme and page designs, and setting up your website’s analytics. Once our writers, designers, and developers have finished their work, our Quality Assurance team will get to work testing your site’s performance and reliability. We’ll use various tools to benchmark your site for loading, responsiveness, and speed, while also ensuring that it works reliably on all web browsers and mobile devices.

DEPLOYMENT & OPTIMIZATION

Once we’re sure that your site is ready to be released to the public, we’ll deploy
it on your public domain. Then, we’ll shift into a monthly support process that
will continue for 12 months. During that period, we’ll create monthly backups of
your site, update scripts and plugins to maintain security and reliability, and
perform layout and content updates at your request.

PRICING & TIMELINE EXPLAINED

The following price quote and cost breakdown has been customised to fit the requirements of your project. If you have any questions or concerns please let me know. When We price a project we must not only consider our pay, but also the many costs involved with offering a
professional service. These expenses include taxes, computers, fonts, softwares,& other office equipment. The table below represents our projected timeline for your web design &
development project.

2.	PROTOTYPE CONTENT & GRAPHICS	Road mapping web design process out ideas setting the Color palette, Typography, Content writing, finalising UX, Prototyping the layouts, Finalising navigation, Creating User Interface etc..	03 DAYS
3.	DEVELOPMENT & TESTING	Website Development & Contents Content Finalising, Image Editing & optimisation, developing responsive page layouts, link building, demo prototyping etc..	06 DAYS
4.	INTEGRATIONS	Hosting & Domain Integrations, Blog Contents, Social Media, WhatsApp, CTA’s, Submission Forms, Email etc..	02 DAYS
5.	DEPLOYMENT & OPTIMIZATION	Revisions & Final Delivery Setting up the final website pages, deployment, User Testing, Hosting, Optimising responsive layouts ,work on with final revisions/feedbacks etc..	03 DAYS

Based on the information you’ve provided to me so far, We can offer the above following for:

WORTH NOTING

If the price quote above is out of your budget range, I can offer a slightly reduced rate by
lowering the 128 work hours down to 50. The limitation here of course, is that less time will be allowed for conceptualisation. The amount of concepts we’d be able to offer would be 1
(maybe 2 if time allotted).

If for any reason you are not happy with the concepts I present to you, the option to purchase more work hours will be available. Please note however that this is a rare occurrence, as most of our clients are satisfied with initial concepts and never pay more than the initial agreed to amount.

You will never be charged more without your knowledge and approval. Deception is not my
thing. If you find my price quote reasonable and would like to move forward and hire me for
your design project, the signing of a project agreement form will be required (to protect both you and I), along with a 50% non refundable retainer payment. If you have any questions, concerns, or would like to discuss things further before proceeding; please do let me know.
